Before i want to contact our local office i want to know if my licensing request is allowed at all. Is it possible to give me an email address of an ESRI staff which could answer my question? You can send it to A.Mueller@uismedia.de

Thanks
Armin

ArcGIS Online standard map services are available at no cost for internal (personal or within an organization) and noncommercial, external use.

To use these map services for commercial purposes, you must purchase an annual subscription. Subscription fees differ for ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS Web Mapping API users.

Visit the ArcGIS Online resource center for more information.

http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgisonline/subscription-based.html

Thanks,

Mike

Thank you Marc for the clarification.
What i want to know is, if it is possible to license the ArcOnline Services for our product which is not based on ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Web Mapping API?

In detail:
We have several customers which ask us if it is possible to add ArcGIS Online services to our software (an extension for ArcGIS Desktop to convert ArcMap projects into an SVG webmapping application). Our software do not use ArcGIS Web Mapping API but our own API scripts. Is it possible for our customers to buy a license for ArcGIS Online services from ESRI, so they are allowed to use the services?

Thanks
Armin

Sounds like you have a very specific use. It would probably be best to contact Esri directly using the contact information referenced on this page:

http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcgisonline/map-services-pricing.html

Thanks,

Mike

From your email I'm assuming you are in Germany... The best way to go is to talk to a distributor. They will get you the answer you need. Here's a contact list.

http://www.esri.com/apps/company/contact/index.cfm?fa=distributor.lookup&country=Germany

Thanks,

Mike
