    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started a new story map in ArcGIS Online, but had trouble getting a zipped shapefile to upload.&amp;nbsp; One suggestion was to try a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok, seems simple enough.&amp;nbsp; However, when I attempt to access that map in Chrome instead of IE, the map I previously started and saved isn't there- I only have the option of starting a new map.&amp;nbsp; I also do not see a test map I created a little while ago, but I do see that in IE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm using the same account and password both times, so I would expect that I would connect with the same folder(s) online, regardless of what browser I use.&amp;nbsp; Is that not the case?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can confirm that you save the project in IE, close it out completely. then open Chrome and the saved project is not there using the same login credentials? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try refreshing the chrome after saving the project and closing it out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
