How do I get started on changing things like the following?</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>- change the banner</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>- change the background color of the "one pane" that shows map description</SPAN><BR /><SPAN>- making sure that links on the map description open on a new browser window (or tab) versus the same window (which is what appears to be default).</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>The "Configure App" is too limiting and the other templates aren't that much more flexible.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>I have ArcGIS for Organizations, if that helps. The idea is to keep the app as hosted by ArcGIS online, not poiting to our own URL.
