I went into Item Details for the Feature Collection that I just created and clicked Publish to convert the Feature Collection to a Feature Service. The Feature Service appeared to be created but I got an error when viewing the Item Details of the new Feature Service: "Error. There was an error."</P><P></P><P>If I click on the rest endpoint of the Feature Service I see a different error: "Request not made over ssl"</P><P></P><P>I know some functionality may not be compatible with ssl but this seems like a fairly basic task.
