Why can't I see the related popus of a mobile map package (mmpk) in Android Explorer for ArcGIS and if in IOS?
I have tried several Android cell phones and the related data cannot be stored. But if all IOS devices.

Hi Shanu,

This behavior is associated with BUG-000119554: Related tables fail to populate in Explorer for ArcG.. - the BUG is marked as In Product Plan so we should see this fixed in a future release.

In the meantime, Related Records do work as expected when consuming a Web Map published to ArcGIS Online or Portal in Explorer.
