how to connect to arcgis.com secured services?

Was trying to connect to service below,

https//landscape1.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Hazardous_Waste_Sites/MapServer

Have not connected to secured services before on ArcGIS.com. So was wondering, how connect to this service?

Will appreciate the idea on how to connect.

Are you trying to connect to this service from a custom app you are creating? If so this doc from the JSAPI help explains how to accomplish that task.

Thank you Kelly for the time and effort in responding the question.

I was trying to add the service below (which is secured as you can see on the browser, it redirects to get token) into ArcGIS online map and view it first.

https//landscape1.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA_Hazardous_Waste_Sites/MapServer

I was wondering, how do I get the token from ArcGIS.com secured services? Do we have to purchase any ArcGIS.com license so we could connect to such services.

You need to be a member of an ArcGIS online organization to access that premium content. I can work with you to add you to your organizations account.
