You need version 9.3 and above, I believe.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am looking for a shapefile of Europe and Russia (separately). I would like to add my own data to this map and make my own thematic maps. ArcView long time ago used to have them. Any help would be appreciated.
