Maybe a space like <A href="https://community.esri.com/space/2106">ArcGIS Online</A>​ or <A href="https://community.esri.com/space/2050">Managing Data</A>​ or just <A href="https://community.esri.com/space/2046">GIS</A>​</P><P></P><P>I have been having issues with basemaps loading. When I go to load one (like Imagery with Labels), it acts like nothing is happening. So I go to load it again and nothing happens. After the third time and giving up, I'll see three basemaps get loaded into ArcMap.
