Turn Three layer on and off simultaneously.

I have a single layer temp.shp that is hosted three times. This layer has too many features when zoomed out, thus requiring it to be tiled when zoomed out.
Layer 1.) Tiled Map Service from temp.shp [Out farther than 1:1,500,000 (Counties)]
Layer 2.) temp.shp Feature Service [Out farther than 1:1,500,000 (Counties)] -- Transparent for Tiled Map
Layer 3.) temp.shp Feature Service [In closer than 1:1,500,000 (Counties)] -- Visible

I can hide Layers 1 and 2 in the Legend, but what I would really like is to be able to turn all three layers on or off by selecting a single layer. Is there a way that this is possible, or am I going to have to deal with the inconvenience of multiple layers?

There is not a way to group layers to turn all of them on or off at the same time.
