Features with max. value don't appear in Web Mapping Application but in Web Map

Hello,
I created a Web Map
http://we.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=fce12037605745a9a60706e94011f6b1
with Feature Services showing values in graduated colors. Everything looks fine in the Web Map so I shared it as a Web Mapping Application:

Here suddenly the features with the maximum value for the graduated color range (e.g. 95%) are not shown anymore.
How comes?

I've run into the same problem. I can create a map and edit the ranges in the legend. The polygon colors render fine in the web map, but when I share it as a web map application using a template, one polygon shows up blank. I can click on the blank polygon and the pop-up has all the correct information, just no color.

Anyone have any ideas?
