Time in a filter or query?

I am trying to design a simple expression in filter or query with a time component. I can create and make work a filter or query without time but when I add time to the expression I get 0 records as a result.

This is snip of the data set

This is the expression set

With the date I have tried "Is on" and "is in between"

Dataset has 152K total records

Hi James,

Do you see a similar result when using the date filter in the web map?

I would recommend contacting technical support to troubleshoot this issue.

Kelly, I don't see an actual Date Filter but I did change the filter to just filter for date and that also returns 0 records so not sure what is going on there. I will contact Tech Support and see if they can help out.

Kelly, just a follow up that I did contact Tech Support and there is some type of issue. They are going to continue to look at the issue as we are going to loop in our app support people as well to see why and what can be done. I will try and update here if we get anything helpful or a resolution to the problem.
