Error when trying to view table on ArcGIS online

Hi everyone,

recently synced a few maps from ipad to AGOL, which use the same web feature service. In AGOL I the added a new field in the table view. After I clicked "add new field" it threw an error that it could not access the data. I tried to view the webmap in ArcMap and still it can't access data. I have a feeling this has to do with the fact that I added a new field on AGOL and because there are other maps on the ipad that haven't been synced, there's some sort of replica conflict. How can I troubleshoot this? Even if i wanted to remove that new field, I can't as I can't access the table itself.

Hi Danbi,

You can always contact technical support for help troubleshooting the issue.

A few questions:

1. Are you the owner of the hosted feature service?

2. Can you open the feature service in a new web map and see the field?

3. Are you able to see the data in your web map before you open the table?
