ArcGIS Online zoom problem

When I open a webmap in ArcGIS online and hover the mouse over any part of the map, it automatically starts zooming out to the full extent. Trying to zoom back in it just brings you right back out the moment you take your finger off the scroll. Is this something I'm doing or is Arc Online just glitching right now?

HI Leif,

Can you provide some information about the equipment that you are using? What kind of Mouse?

Do you experience the same issues on other machines?

Hi Kelly, thanks for reaching out. I've just found that when I use another computer I don't experience the same problem. I've tried restarting mine, but I'm still having the same problem. The mouse that I'm using is made by Easterntimes Tech and I'm guessing that this is the problem, even though I've never experienced it before. Below is a link to the mouse

Kelly Gerrow‌ I just switched mouses and I'm no longer having the same issue, so maybe it was just time for a new one.
