      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do we join or relate to files, one spatial and the other is a table file(excel or txt). The problem is , both of them don't have a unique ID to either join or relate.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
