I am new to ArcGIS online. Why is delete protection on one of my feature layers enabled and how can I turn that off or delete the layer. Part B of this, is when one removes anything from the account do you get the credits back? When you delete the feature service, it should reduce your monthly expenditure appropriately. I'm unsure, but I imagine this may be prorated, or based off of a monthly average.
