topic Overwrite features in hosted feature layers? in ArcGIS Online Questions

New in September this was listed as an enhancement to ArcGIS Online. The documentation says you simply go to a hosted feature layer properties and choose Overwrite. I finally went to take a look at this and have not seen an option or button to choose Overwrite. Am I overlooking or missing something here? It does sound like a nice alternative for opening an mxd and running through the Service Manager.

Thanks

Paul

Thanks Jake. That was not apparent to me in the documentation. It states that the updated source file would be a shapefile or geodatabase, but not that the service had to be created by zipping & uploading them (as opposed to publishing from desktop).

Paul
