However, when I try and use the Summarize Within feature, it tells me that there are 0 points in every zip code. I know this is incorrect as I can see the points in the supposedly empty zip code, but for some reason it cannot recognize the points as being there. It is also only with this layer, as I tried summarize within with another layer and it performed the function correctly.
