Public Information Map Template- Add Shared Content functionality not working

Hello-

I have been trying (unsuccessfully) today to implement the Public Information Map (Formerly "VGI/Social Media Map"). Specifically, I am not able to utilize the "Shared Information" functionality portion of the map. I have downloaded the package, unzipped, deployed, and configured as per the instructions provided, but the Add Shared Content functionality still does not work. I have discovered that additional modification is needed to the provided "editing.js" file- really just uncommenting a bunch of lines of code. I've completed this, but still am unsuccessful. I'm wondering if anyone has successfully implemented this against their own deployed feature services to collect the information from the "Add Shared Content" portion of the application, and, if so, would you mind sharing this information with me?
BTW- when you go the site to download the template package, you will notice that even ESRI's deployment is not functioning properly... Just goto:http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=53ae8b9591b0470885f820ea47cc9f45 and click the link to "Open" and then "View Application"- you will notice that you do not have the ability to add shared content, nor switch to the "Topographic" or "Layers" button because the code that allows for editing is not initializing properly... Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can see the problem with the running app and have informed the publisher of the application. Unfortunately, I don't have any input on your deployment problem.

Apologies for the issues you've seen. We found several things that needed to be addressed over the past week or so, and we've now gotten them all addressed and a new zip file uploaded. You should be able to get the new code and go.
