Back face culling not working on Arc Online?

I'm trying to figure out why my textured multipatch buildings aren't loading correctly on ArcOnline. I have my multipatch building added into ArcPro 2.4, I have the back face culling selected (in one of the images below), and when I upload the scene layer online it still shows the building as if the culling hasn't been applied. Any thoughts?

Was this published from a scene layer package and can you share the layer?

Hi Jason,

This property wasn't written into the slpk which is why you are seeing that behavior in the Scene Viewer. We fixed that a couple of weeks ago in 2.5 and hope to get it into a future patch of 2.4.
