Hi,
at the moment there is no routing functionality for the ArcGIS.com Viewer or for Explorer Online.
Are there plans to support the routing tasks from ArcGIS Online in these viewers?

This is something we have considered, but haven't implemented this feature. We have logged this as an enhancement request. If you'd like to promote this idea within the user community, go here:
