More options link not working on first layer

With the new AGOL interface the more options link for the first layer only works one time. It works the first time, but it will not work after that. I'm using Google Chrome version 32.0.1700.107 m.

Opening the console window this is the error message I get:

After refreshing the page I can open the popup menu from the more options link once and then it stops working. As you can imagine this is quite frustrating. Anyone else have an issue with this?
