topic custom basemap with fixed extent issue in ArcGIS Online Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/custom-basemap-with-fixed-extent-issue/m-p/310212#M15565 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P style="font-family: arial, helvetica, 'helvetica neue', verdana, sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;">Hello,</P><P></P><P style="font-family: arial, helvetica, 'helvetica neue', verdana, sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;">I have an issue of using a custom basemap that is using a WGS84 geographic projection <SPAN style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans Unicode', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #4d4d4d;">(wkid: 4326) and trying to set a defined extent. When I open my map using map viewer (on my browser), the custom extent would not take into effect.
