Configure Open Data site: Remove "Welcome to [Site title]"

Great work on the configuration Options for the opendata site(s); I definitely like it.
One thing I seem to be struggling with: Is it possible to confgure or remove the text "Welcome to [Site title]" which floats on top of the map? I need to be able to localize this.

Hi,

Very good job, congrats to all the ArcGIS Open Data team. I totally agree with Matthias, it would be great to have an option to customize (and maybe disable) this welcome message.
