      <title>Maps/Apps not opening with data</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My maps and apps are opening with no data in my personal (not subscription) ArcGIS online account.&amp;nbsp; Yes I am (or was) using BING.&amp;nbsp; I had a license key, it is quite confusing.&amp;nbsp; When the map opens message is "error - Basemap is not available.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Displaying the default basemap instead."&amp;nbsp; Yet none of the data I loaded in is there.&amp;nbsp; Opens to a empty "My Map". Example &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://bit.ly/19JAK8Y"&gt;http://bit.ly/19JAK8Y&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It looks like any map I had with BING layer now has no data that I loaded into it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
