How to get dynamic labeling on a web map application

Hello all,

I have created a web map application at:

I would like to have a dynamic labeling for my 3 alternatives: Alternative 1, Alternative 2, Alternative 3.

For an example Alternative 2 labeling is not moving if i zoom in very closely. The static Alternatine 1, 2 and 3 labeling is given for these 3 invisible points. Lets say i have clicked on the labeling for a alternative 2 line feature. Its not in the web map right now. It is showing on the map. But If I go close by then i don't see any alternative 2 labeling. Please find these 2 maps for the same.
