      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you accessing the Web App builder over https? &amp;nbsp;I would use Fiddler or take a look at the Developer tools to figure out what request is failing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.telerik.com/fiddler"&gt;Fiddler&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and developer tools, (for example the &lt;A href="https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/network-performance/resource-loading?utm_source=dcc&amp;amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;amp;utm_campaign=2016q3"&gt;Chrome developer tools&lt;/A&gt;) will allow you to inspect the network traffic when configuring the widget to help you identify the problem. &amp;nbsp;Each browser has it's own developer tools. &amp;nbsp;If you're going to be working with web applications and services, you'll benefit from knowing how to troubleshoot network traffic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to match the protocol you use to access the WAB with the protocol of the GP service, (or vice versa). &amp;nbsp;If you access the WAB over &lt;SPAN&gt;HTTPS&lt;/SPAN&gt;, the GP service needs to be accessed over HTTPS. &amp;nbsp;If you access the WAB over HTTP, you need to use HTTP for the GP service. &amp;nbsp;Take a look at what &lt;A href="https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/security/prevent-mixed-content/what-is-mixed-content"&gt;mixed content&lt;/A&gt; is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, the easiest thing to try is simply adding an "s" to http and see if you can reach the service. &amp;nbsp;If you can, then you should be good to go. &amp;nbsp;If you can't, you'll need to speak with the admin of the GIS Server site or your IT staff to enable HTTPS on whatever is the front end of the GIS Server, (IIS and the web adaptor, reverse proxy, etc). &amp;nbsp;Here's some &lt;A href="http://server.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/windows/enable-ssl-on-arcgis-server.htm"&gt;documentation&lt;/A&gt; that may help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
