Web map viewer is not loading in some edge browsers

The site

www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html is not loading in some edge browsers. I am getting a blank page. I tried clear cache.

The Error message I am getting is

Current window: www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html
SCRIPT12004: An internal error occurred in the Microsoft Internet extensions
dojo.js (20,67)‍‍‍

any help ?

I was not able to reproduce this. Are you on the most current version of Edge? You can see the version by opening the edge settings and scrolling down to the bottom of the window.

Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0

Microsoft EdgeHTML 15.15063

Please find attached screenshot

I tested on another computer with edge, where it works fine.

Both versions looks same.

Since the issue appears to be machine specific perhaps try clearing the browser cache.

I don't think it is browser cache issue. The issue exists more than one Machine. I have no clue of what could be the issue.

If you can consistently reproduce it I would recommend opening a support case.

I have the same problem. Sometime the tiny urls do not work in Edge, On other machines, the Edge will not load any of my web apps. It will not connect to the server that I am using for my map information.

Here are few of the web apps that are not working in Edge on my work computer

Hi Jeff, Its been a couple years since you posted this error ... do you recall how it was resolved? I'm having the same issue after our I.T. Dept ran some upgrades to Edge. My REST services show up in the browser (https://servername/arcgis/REST) but not in the web apps, nor can i bring one into a new Map in portal.
