Hi!

I am trying to geocode a table of addresses in ArcGIS desktop using the Esri World Geocode Service. I am signed in to our corporate ArcGIS Online account in the mxd (I can see our private maps and data). However, every time I or a co-worker tries to geocode, we get an error saying we need an ArcGIS Online subscription. I can geocode fine in ArcGIS Online via an internet browser, but I want to do it in desktop. What is going on?

Thanks!
