Line features drawing differently in browser webmap then in apps

Hello,

I am attempting to publish power line conductor into a hosted feature service in ArcGIS Online. The line features appear normal (exactly as published) in the browser web map, but when viewed using the explorer app or operations dashboard the lines appear to be missing vertex, with endpoints snapping together. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a method to preparing the line data before publishing to AGOL?
