Can't search any user shared layer (KML) file in ArcGIS online?

[ATTACH=CONFIG]13455[/ATTACH]I want to add some of layers in "My Content but can not find any of them by searching in either ArcGIS.com (ahred to everyone) or my content? See the attached picture. Is this a bug?

You can't currently add "files" as layers from My Content, only services (maybe CSVs, I can't remember). Definitely, you can go to the Add menu on the map and choose add layer from web or add layer from file and browse to the layer you want to add...
