      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In ArcGIS Server 9.3, you would serve an ArcGIS Map Document which contained the ESRI World Imagery Service and add WMS capability.&amp;nbsp; It seems that, with ArcGIS 10.0 and up, ESRI kindly removed this capability.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ;-(&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
