I made sure to have Refresh Interval activated for the CSV so it automatically updates, and it does this properly. However, the joined feature layer does not update to reflect the new information. It only displays the data that was shown in the CSV when the two features were first joined. I even put a Refresh Interval on the joined feature, but it does not update.
