I used Perform Analysis -> Join Features to join two elements: one is a shapefile I made offline of some counties, and the other is an online CSV file with information from the counties that updates daily. I made sure to have Refresh Interval activated for the CSV so it automatically updates, and it does this properly. However, the joined feature layer does not update to reflect the new information. It only displays the data that was shown in the CSV when the two features were first joined. I even put a Refresh Interval on the joined feature, but it does not update. How can I make sure that the joined feature layer shows up-to-date information?

The join remains static from the time the join was created. You would have to remove and add the join each time, or use a relate, which will be dynamic.
