I want to draw a simple line/ polygon to delineate certain streets - in this case, a street in Jacksonville - but I am having two issues:</P><P></P><P>1) There is no way to turn off the pop-up. I only want the green line in this instance to be there for cosmetic purposes. </P><P></P><P>2) I cannot reorder the map note. The line overlays my points, which is bothering me.
