Monitoring Credit Usage per User

Hi. Does anyone know if there is a way to obtain the number of credits a particular user has used? In particular, we would like to monitor how many credits a user uses using the analytics tools (geocoding, analysis).

Hi Mary,

There is not a way to view credit usage by user at this time. When you choose to View Status of your organization, you can however see credit usage of the different analytic services by the organization.

If you have not come across it yet, Esri Labs has published the Activity Dashboard a free Esri Marketplace app that can be added to an Organizational account and allows more granular usage tracking including per user (30 day, 3 mo, 6 mo) details.

And once authorized/added, it is accessible from here: http://activitydashboard.arcgis.com, where after login there is an Open button linking the Organizational data. Including the "by User" stats.
