Briefing Book Saving Error

I am trying to save some edits to my book, but I receive a message that says Updating of the selected items failed

I too am having this problem. It was working fine and now I get the error message saying that updated of selected item has failed. When I click okay it seem to save anyway but once I leave and come back the changes are gone. Anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

This issue exists in the first version of the Briefing Book application.The next version of Briefing Book (available on June 26th, 2014) will resolves this issue.

If you receive the error "Updating of the selected items failed" continuously then the book has become corrupt. However, we can save your book. The workaround is to COPY the book. When you copy the book, the copied version will be created with the name "<your book name> -copy", in the book gallery. Go ahead and open this "copied" version and you will be able to edit and save your book once again.

Thank you Lindsay. I was able to copy my book and continue working on it. I will look for the new release on the 26th. Will the current books work still work with the new release?
