Hi Everyone,
I have an issue that I am trying to solve, and I just can't seem to make any progress. I am still fairly new to ArcGIS and self taught so far, so please bear with me.

We have several clients who all work in a given area, for simplicity, lets say a county. Each client will have their own transportation vehicles that they use within their county. I am trying to develop a web map (or app) that allows the user to toggle clients on/off and have stats on the county reflect according to their selection.

For example, take the following data:

                   Client 1 Client 2
County 1: 5 10

If the user selected County 1 with only the Client 1 layer visible, I would want the count to say 5, but if both the Client 1 and Client 2 layers are visible, i would want the count to say 15.

Is this possible? If so, can someone point me in the right direction? Even if this isn't possible with AGO, some direction to the right solution would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Dennis
