Is there a way to edit the information added through a GeoForm, like:

Select the point

Delete or Update the info related to the point (tabular data and location)?.

The GeoForm application template is not designed to be used as a client for editing existing features.

Are you hoping to have end users edit existing features? If you might want to explore some of our applications for general editing.

It really depends on the workflow. If you are looking for a QA/QC process to clean up the data, you could easily put the GeoForm feature layer into a Web App Builder application with the Smart Editor widget. This would provide a really simple, light weight application for a user to review and edit only certain aspects of the data that you want changed.
