Popup in Embedded Webmap using ArcGIS Online Displays Only "No Information Available"

Hi,

I have a map service published behind a firewall. I have successfully create a web map of this service using ArcGIS.com. When I view the map in the browser from the ArcGIS.com website, the popups work fine.

When I embed the map in a SharePoint site, the popup information somehow does not pass through, and only "No Information Available" is returned.

A couple things:
- This works for me with other maps using the same workflow.
- It was working for this particular map service in the past.
- The popup includes links to images on our web server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever get this resolved? I am running into a similar issue with an app created using Web AppBuilder. Pop-ups did not have a problem displaying before and now if a user clicks on one feature the pop-up will work but they then need to zoom in/out before clicking another feature or a 'No Information Available' shows.
