Feature Service Shapefile missing spatial reference information and cannot be added

My organization is collecting storm drain data using the collector app on our iPads. We've collected ~1700 point features over the last few weeks without issue, however, today we were unable to access our featured service shapefile. We get the error shown in the attached image. Also, when trying to download/export the data from the my content page, it produces a shapefile with no features.

I'm worried the data has somehow been corrupted and is all lost, resulting in countless wasted hours.

I understand that for awhile, http://status.arcgis.com/ showed there were some technical difficulties, but it appears to be in working order now. Unfortunately, I am still unable to export anything that isn't blank and I still cannot access my feature service shapefile.

Edit: I'm currently able to export from other feature service shapefiles but this one with all of our data is still inaccessible.
