      <title>Unable to open configure app after update</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a utility app created for the city of Bemidji mn. i was able to configure it prior to the ArcOnline update. Now when i go to configure it, it will not open. The screen just grinds away with the flashing blue bars as if its thinking real hard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
