ERROR IMPORT SHAPEFILE ZIP

I get and error message that the file cannot be imported. The file is obtained from the University of Leeds. Please help. Location of file is: http://archive.researchdata.leeds.ac.uk/251/13/South_America.zip

I also get an error when loading this shape file. Is it possible to contact the University of Leeds to see if they can regenerate the file so we can try again? Or have them test as well? Thanks.

Is the error occurring when you try to add the shapefile to your content as a hosted feature service? Any additional steps regarding your workflow and the exact wording of the error would be helpful.
