The map just show blank map layer.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Using fiddler application, it shows that access to connect to the base map server is denied with error code 407.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>We are working with the network guy the from client to unblock the proxy for the GIS map.
