Moving layers and web maps from one subscription to another

Has anyone tried to move layers and web maps from one subscription to another? I'm using https://ago-assistant.esri.com/ to do that, but it is is working only on feature layers. I'm looking for a solution to transfer also Tiled Layers.

Hi Yigal,

Are these subscriptions all in the same organization? If so, and if you are in an Administrator role, you can transfer the content on your ArcGIS Online organization page.

Hi Adrian,

A subscription is an Organization. I mean moving tiled layers between two organizations, when I know the credentials of both administrators.
