There could be an issue with the map JSON that is causing the map to fail to load. Can you re-save the map in explorer.arcgis.com? I did a quick test and re-saved a copy of the map under my account mobileios called Apps -Cold War Atlas F Missile Silo Sites and it is loading without any issues.

Let me know if this works out for you.
Russ

iPhone App failure?

I can no longer access contents of 'My Maps' through the iPhone app.
The map was created in May of 2013 and was tested several times successfully using the iPhone app. Near the end of September I wanted to show it to someone and the app failed to display giving a error of:
Map is invalid and cannot be opened
The map will open on the ArcGIS site and in web browsers (I have it embeded in a webpage @ http://www.rickorth.com/Map5.htm ), it will even open on the web browser in the iPhone. But not in the app.

I was told by ESRI folks at a conference to enter the editor and resave the map.
I have done that and it won't work either. Now both my maps don't work.

I used the @home product to create the data.
My iPhone is Version 5 running iOS6.
I believe the app is up to date.

Is anyone having this problem with the app?
Did you fix it? How?

Thanks
