Direction Widget for Public

I have tried to create an app using web app-builder contains direction widget, and share it to public.

I understand that the direction widget contains premium services that consume credits and I found a way to allow this by storing your credentials in the routing service, by adding it as an item and use your credentials as described in this link:

but every time i try the web app, it opens fine, but clicking on direction widget redirects me to login page, which is not available for public users.

Also I tried another approach by configuring a direction web template "Direction template", which asked me to allow routing service to consume credits from my subscribtion

but even after I did that, it asked me to login again..

Any ideas??
