      <title>Drivetime Analysis</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can I get a detailed explanation on how the Drivetime Analysis tool produces its outcome? Is it using some sort of Road Network Dataset that recognizes the MPH of the roads? Just curious because I ran a 15 min analysis and noticed there was a gap missing (def within 15 min from Point provided). The gap contained secondary roads in a rural area and Im assuming the Network Dataset hasn't gotten that far with the info. Any info would be awesome, thanks community!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
