Any suggestions on how to fix the error- storybuilder will not load?

I've created a story map as a draft. When I tried to bullet some of the text the app froze and gave me the message it was unable to save changes. I closed the app and tried to get back in. Then I received the message "There seems to be an issue- the storybuilder can't load.

Twenty four hours later its still not loading.

Are you still seeing this issue today? Are you unable to open the draft in multiple browsers?

Hi Beth,

In your original post you said that you saw the issue when you started adding a bulleted list and saved the draft. Do you remember any other content you had added to the storymap prior to not being able to access the storymap? Also, have you tried opening the storymap draft from the item details page as well as from the storymaps web page?

I had a fair amount of text, pictures, links and a twitter feed already embedded. I have tried to open the draft story map from the storymap web page. I am not familiar with the items detail page. Notice it says that I edited it 4 days ago. This is not the case. I tried to open it but got the error message. Yet it indicates that edits were made. Beth

Hi Beth,

If you click on the quick actions(...) next to the favorite icon, are you able to preview the story map draft? Have you recently tried clearing your browser cache?

Unfortunately I do not even know where to look for the favorite of quick

action. When I pull up story maps I only get the option of create a my

stories or edit my draft story (which I cannot access). When I access my

esri dashboard or organization page favorite is not an option. I did see

the configure option but when I chose it I received the error message again.

I think the story is completely lost to me . I see no way of accessing it

at all. Its very frustrating because I had spent slot of time preparing and

crafting the story.

i hope this is error is not occurring with other authors.

I have been getting this error as well and cannot open my story map. Any ideas other than what is presented above? I saw another post about this issue from May, while it was in beta, but no resolution was offered.

This occurred while I was changing the size of my headings.
