Anyone else having problems with ArcGIS Online today?

Some problems I have been having:

Layer doesn't display when turned on yet pop-up info works for layer.
Layers turned on by themselves when layer is off by default.
All pop-ups being disabled.
When configuring pop-ups the pop-up title is taken from another layer.
"Show Related Records" link not appearing in pop-up when it's enabled.

These are some of the things going on since this morning. I can't get 1 and 5 fixed.

Hi Brad.. I feel it has got to do with your browser javascript settings.

There weren't any issue reported at status.arcgis.com on May 13: ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard

If you feel as if you may be running into an issue, please check status.arcgis.com or report the issue to technical support for further investigation.
