Aliasing a hyperlink

When I add a hyperlink field into a pop up, the URL is replaced by a "More Info" alias. I'd like to change that string to something else ("See Planning Department". or "Kilroy Was Here", or whatever). Is that stored somewhere I can get at with the stock AGOL map builder or am I going to have to get into the code?
