In an ArcGIS &nbsp;&nbsp;WebMap I select "Add Map Notes" from the "Add" drop-down, the window prompt to name my map notes comes up and I give it a name and click on "Create", nothing happens. None of the options appear in the Add Features window to add notes. I try it on different browsers and it's the same behavior. The Add Features options appear sometimes but most of the time it's blank as in the image below.
